Booked an appointment with Brenda, on the phone I told her my hair was thick, wavy and shoulder length. Asked about how much she would charge for base color and blond foils, she said about 150. Got to my appointment today at 2:45 , she acted uninterested in doing my hair , she said it would take several tubes of color to do. Now the charge would be 300. I said I have never paid 300 to have myhair done

My 5 year old now goes to her too and she gives her “princess curls” which my daughter loves. I have personally had Stacie cut my hair when it was very short, and also very long. She is so good at what she does, I have always loved my hair cuts, no matter what style. The building is also very well maintained and always super clean. Stacie does the best haircuts! I will never go anywhere else. My 5 year old now goes to her too and she gives her “princess curls” which my daughter loves. I have personally had Stacie cut my hair when it was very short, and also very long. She is so good at what she does, I have always loved my hair cuts, no matter what style. I love Terrin. I’ve been getting my hair done by her at Head to Toe for probably 6 years, and I keep making the drive from Beaverton to see her. I don’t know much about hair, so sometimes I have a hard time communicating what I want to stylists, but I’ve never had a bad cut or color from Terrin. She really listens to what I want and makes suggestions to steer me in the right direction (because I have no idea what I’m talking about), and I always leave with what I pictured or better, all of this without having to sacrifice my first born like most salons in Portland or even Vancouver

I walked in at 5pm no one was at the desk for 15 mins. When Colleen finally came to the desk she continued to ignore me for another 10 mins. I walked up to the desk and she continued to ignore me. Not even a hello it hi there how may I help you! I waited for 30 mins for any help or service at all. They were so rude. I will not be taking my business there ever again. This is the second time this has occurred to me.
