@WOWCare had significantly reduced speeds for well over 24 hours at this point with support unable to diagnose the problem “we have no estimate of when we’ll be able to deliver the rated speeds” - really not okay for how much folks pay for ostensibly fast internet.

3rd time waiting and having a no call no show for a tech @WOWCare called back talked to customer care for over 10 minutes only to be transferred and have to explain everything again cause the new person had no info passed on to her... great job 👍🏻 wow

It blows my mind that @WOW_WAY can't get their **** together after 3 days of having these problems. I don't need a tech to come out, everyone around me is having the same issue with your service, it is on your own end. Please hire competent support and fix yourself.

@WOW_WAY A tech sent to my house (which you guys already scheduled) , will not help! This is a larger issue then just my own connection or are you ignoring the massive pile of similar complaints? Its your current infrastructure. LOOK INTO IT.
